Privacy Policy for Quokka Logic

Quokka Logic is a single-player puzzle game published by XRev Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the game, why it is processed, the services involved, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

Quokka Logic does not require an account. The game does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, precise location, financial information, or other directly identifying information.

If you contact XRev Studio by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in that communication. We use it only to respond to your request, provide support, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Information processed automatically

The game stores puzzle progress, completed levels, Daily Tide progress, and comfort settings such as music, sound, haptics, reduced motion, and pattern assistance locally on your device.

Quokka Logic uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used. The game and Google may process:

• app interactions, including app launches, screen views, tutorial progress, puzzle starts, completions and exits, aggregate solve behavior, use of the free Why? coach, Daily Tide activity, progression milestones, and setting changes;
• app and device information, including app version, device model, operating-system version, language, country or region, and an identifier for a particular installation of the app;
• session information, such as first launch, app opens, session duration, and general usage patterns; and
• approximate location inferred from an IP address. The game does not request or collect precise GPS location.

Quokka Logic uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded ads and frequency-limited interstitial ads. Google Mobile Ads may automatically process and share with advertising partners:

• the device IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
• ad and app interactions, including app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views;
• diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage; and
• device or account identifiers, which may include the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other app- or device-bounded identifiers, depending on your consent, region, device settings, and the available ad-serving mode.

Custom analytics events created by XRev Studio do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-form text, contacts, precise location, or a developer-assigned user ID.

Why information is processed

Information is processed to:

• operate the game and preserve local progress and settings;
• understand onboarding, puzzle completion, difficulty, navigation, and return play;
• improve game quality, accessibility, performance, and reliability;
• display, measure, and frequency-limit rewarded and interstitial ads;
• prevent fraud, invalid ad traffic, abuse, and technical failures;
• remember and respect privacy choices; and
• comply with legal and platform requirements.

Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, the legitimate interests of operating and improving the game, compliance with legal obligations, or the technical necessity of providing a feature you request. Personalized advertising is used only where permitted and where the required consent or other legal basis exists.

Advertising and consent choices

Quokka Logic may show:

• a rewarded ad only after you voluntarily choose to watch it in exchange for a clearly described in-game benefit; and
• an interstitial ad only at an eligible break between activities, subject to frequency limits.

The game does not use banner ads or app-open ads.

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google's User Messaging Platform may display a consent message explaining the purposes and advertising partners involved. Depending on your choices and the applicable rules, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical ads. Non-personalized ads may still use local storage or device identifiers for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention, and security where permitted.

When required, you can revisit your choices through the Privacy choices entry in the game's Settings screen. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through your device settings and manage Google advertising preferences at Google My Ad Center.

Service providers and sharing

Quokka Logic uses the following Google services:

• Google Analytics for Firebase;
• Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK; and
• Google User Messaging Platform.

Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policies and may make data available to advertising partners identified in the consent message. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

XRev Studio does not directly sell personal information for money. Information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes as described in this policy and in the consent interface.

Retention and deletion

Local game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game.

Quokka Logic does not maintain player accounts or a developer-operated player profile database. Google controls retention and deletion for information processed through Firebase, AdMob, and the User Messaging Platform in accordance with Google's settings and policies. Because the game has no account system, XRev Studio normally cannot connect an email address or real-world identity to a pseudonymous installation or advertising identifier.

You may clear the game's local storage or uninstall it to delete locally stored progress and settings. You may also contact XRev Studio about a privacy or deletion request. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain if we cannot identify data associated with you.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

To exercise a right concerning information controlled by XRev Studio, use the contact address below. Privacy choices relating to Google services may also be available through the in-game consent interface, Android settings, Google My Ad Center, or Google's privacy tools.

Children

Quokka Logic is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. XRev Studio does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game or a service used by the game, contact us so the concern can be investigated and appropriate action can be taken.

Security and international processing

Information sent by the Google SDKs is encrypted in transit. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Google describes its data-transfer safeguards in its privacy documentation.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game, its SDKs, advertising practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an updated policy is published.
