Privacy Policy for Arrow Flow

Arrow Flow (store listing: "Arrow Flow: Maze Puzzle") is a single-player puzzle game published by XRev Studio. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the game.

Information processed

Arrow Flow does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

The production version uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. The game and its service providers may process:

  • gameplay and app-interaction events, such as app launches, screen views, level starts, level completions, and hints;
  • app and device information, such as app version, device model, operating-system version, language, and identifiers associated with an app installation;
  • diagnostics, including crash stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, and non-fatal errors;
  • coarse location derived by Google Analytics from a masked IP address.

The game does not intentionally send player names, email addresses, free-form messages, or level-board contents in analytics events.

Why information is processed

Information is used to:

  • understand whether levels and screens work as intended;
  • improve difficulty, usability, and performance;
  • diagnose crashes and technical failures.

Service providers

Arrow Flow uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services are provided by Google and process information according to their terms and privacy policies.

Arrow Flow version 1 contains no advertising SDK, displays no ads, and makes no in-app purchases. Advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the Android configuration.

Choices

You may clear the app's local data or uninstall the app to remove local progress and settings. The game does not provide an account or personalized advertising profile.

Retention and deletion

Arrow Flow does not maintain player accounts or a developer-operated profile database. Google controls retention for information processed by its SDKs. Because the game has no account system, Arrow Flow cannot associate a deletion request with a named game profile. You may clear the app's local data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored progress and settings.

Children

Arrow Flow is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service used by the app, contact us so the concern can be investigated.

Security

Service-provider network traffic is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the game, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
